My name is Bridget Anderson-Trim, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over six years of clinical experience specializing in youth and family therapy. I specialize in supporting BIPOC youth, young adults, and families in addressing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and depression. I’m passionate about fostering mental health in Black communities and strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate challenges with confidence and help families improve communication, strengthen relationships, and resolve conflicts. Together, we work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
